Impossible Software GmbH's goal is to make the impossible possible. Since 2003, the company - which has offices in Hamburg and Berlin - has been developing software products which go way beyond the state of the art. The main focus is on developing next-generation solutions for product configurations and search systems, real-time video-on-demand products and media distribution systems. One special feature is that content can be configured by the customers themselves for IPTV clients, web pages, POS installations and mobile devices. Services are geared to all companies who advertise and advertising agencies worldwide.
Impossible Software is the first supplier which offers a full scaleable real-time compositing suite for online, mobile and stationary use. It is ready to be implemented into nearly every type of IT-infrastructure (existing car configurators for example), or existing imaging processes (set CGI suppliers). The system is scaleable to any number of simultaneous users as demanded, and is in worldwide operative use for Mercedes-Benz since 2006.
At CeBIT 2009, Impossible Software will become the first company in the world to present a fully scalable real-time video encoding package for the internet with its product Jetstream Video.
The company's core business is marketing and licensing the products Jetstream Video and IrysBlend Real-Time. Technical consultancy, implementation assistance, hosting, software support and training for programmers round out the range of services. Impossible Software also acts as an interface between customers and implementation partners.
Alongside their personal expertise and experience, all five partners - Ole John, Malte John, Claus Zimmermann, Jan-Till Manzius and Andreas Rapp - possess an extraordinary pioneering spirit, which is precisely what has permitted the company to make possible that which was previously impossible.
